Old travel trailer stripped right down.  Frame and suspension are original.  Customer used cedar strips just like you would for a canoe.  Each one milled down and a bead and cove added on each side.  The wall studs are all custom made I beams with styrofoam inserts.  To reduce weight, "lightening" holes are drilled in many of the rafters.  Quite stunning to look at.  I was called in to rewire the trailer.  We installed a new power center and all new low voltage and 110 Volt wiring.  All the clearance lights and battery connections were also done.
